These are the terms and conditions for booking using our Internet booking facility.

Payment:  To book a Tee Time for the Junior Open Competition you will need to download and complete the form shown below and return it with your remittance

Cancellation Policy:  Anyone wishing to cancel an Open Competition entry should contact the club office on 01543 422626 ext. 6. Any Open entries cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice will only be refunded if a replacement can be found.

Booking Transferable:  The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Open Competition Handicaps:  In order to qualify for a prize at any of the Club’s Open Competitions it is necessary for you to produce an ACTIVE HANDICAP – failure to do so will mean that you are ineligible for any of the prizes on offer. Players with inactive handicaps may enter the event on the understanding that unless an Active Handicap is produced on the day, they will be unable to win any of the prizes.

Dress Code:  All visitors to Beau Desert Golf Club are expected to abide by the dress rules of the Club. These are available for view on the Clubs Website. Smart casual clothing is accepted in the lower lounge / dining area. For all presentations, it is expected that a jacket and tie should be worn.

Golf Shoes:  Golf shoes of any description may not be worn in the Clubhouse.

Buggy Rental:  Anyone wishing to reserve a buggy should ring the shop on 01543 422492 and do so.
