Beau is a traditional members Club with a long history, one where the members have always been proud to welcome visitors from all corners of the world. Situated as we are in the heartland of England, we have great motorway access from all parts of the country as well as three international airports within 60 miles.

Visitor Guidelines – Winter 2020 (Oct 2020-Mar 2021)
The detailed guidelines below are in force to safeguard members, guests and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. All visitor names and contact details are required in advance of play. Please scan the QR code on entry to the Club House – a copy will also be available in the Professional Shop.
All green fee charges must be pre-paid in full upon booking.
Invoices may be settled by BACS transfer (details below) or paid online via the club website (www.bdgc.co.uk)

3. DRESS CODE
Jeans, vests, tee shirts or cargo shorts/trousers are NOT acceptable on the course. Tailored shorts may be worn at the Club. You may arrive changed for golf. To save any embarrassment visitors are asked to adhere to standards of dress.
- All visitors should check in with the Professional Shop on arrival, please scan the QR code on entry, please use the one way system and follow the signage provided
- All visitors will be asked to record their name, postcode and home area on arrival
- The bar and catering will be offering a limited takeaway service from the main entrance between 9am-3pm each day
- The toilets and wash hand basins are available
- The clubhouse is operating on a 1 way system
- Please enter via the Gents/Ladies locker room door at the rear of the clubhouse, scanning the QR code – door code is obtainable from the Professional Shop
- All golfers should be familiar with the rules and etiquette of golf and demonstrate a satisfactory level of competence on the course
6. ON THE COURSE
All visitors to play from the Yellow or Red tees
All flagsticks are to be left in the hole and not touched
Bunker rakes have been removed – players to smooth sand after their shot with foot or club
Mobile phones may only be used in an emergency
Slow play is unacceptable; please ensure that your group keeps up with the pace of play on the course
Please let faster groups play through without delay
Zonal mat use will be in operation on selected high traffic areas – visitors will be issued with a mat at no cost before play – please return your mat after play in the containers provided
7. POST GOLF
Players may use the clubhouse toilet facilities after their round, please scan the QR code provided
A face covering must be worn
The food and beverage team will provide table service outdoors only – maximum of 4 per table
Whilst seated at a table the player is permitted to remove their face covering
